Offriamo un’opportunità di inserimento per un Bioinformatico. La risorsa, inserita all’interno di un team, dovrà supportare le attività di ricerca della Bio-Fab in un contesto multidisciplinare in cui operano biologi e biotecnologi. La risorsa dovrà contribuire a svolgere analisi NGS routinarie e sviluppare procedure computazionali di bioinformatica. Il ruolo richiede un confronto continuo con i clienti per illustrare i risultati ottenuti dalle analisi e sviluppare risultati personalizzati

The candidate should have a solid background in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis, a demonstrated proficiency in coding and an interest toward application of already established and development of novel bioinformatic approaches to study both biological and clinically oriented aspects of gene and cell therapy. Experience in R or Python, training in biostatistics and basic biological knowledges are a plus.
