The selected candidate will work at the interface between computational and experimental biology, contributing to data analysis and multi-omic integration across multiple ongoing projects.

IFOM Milan seeks a postdoc to build a computational pipeline linking RNA isoform diversity to protein structure in colorectal cancer. The role integrates long/short-read RNA-seq and Ribo-seq data with AlphaFold2/3 modeling to map how alternative splicing reshapes protein domains and interactions. Requires a PhD, AlphaFold experience, and Python skills. 3-year contract, up to €40,000/year.

Postdoc position to contribute to a UKRI NERC-funded project investigating species sensitivity to endocrine-disrupting chemicals. The role will focus on protein structure modelling, molecular docking and protein–ligand interactions, integrating experimental data to develop AI-driven approaches. Experience in computational biology and machine learning is preferred.
