The project seeks to investigate genotype and phenotype clonal evolution of response to therapy using Artificial Intelligence, and is applied to the context of haematological cancers. The project will generate new exciting whole-genome and single-cell longitudinal datasets in collaboration with clinical units at two IRCCS hospitals (San Raffaele Milano, and CRO Aviano); the post will be responsible to lead bioinformatics analysis as well as development of new methods that can leverage on these data to recapitulate cancer evolutionary dynamics under therapy.
