We are seeking a Senior Bioinformatician for the Transcriptomics Unit who can provide top-notch experimental designs and analyses across various applications, such as RNA-Seq, small-RNA, single-cell transcriptomics, spatial transcriptomics, full-length cDNA sequencing, direct RNA sequencing, and ribosome profiling.
