This course aims to provide participants with theoretical and practical knowledge on how to perform bioinformatics analyses of scRNA-seq data using open-source software solutions.
A doctoral (3 years) or postdoctoral (1 year renewable) position is open in the BioMIMiC team at the CRM2 laboratory, affiliated with CNRS and the University of Lorraine, Nancy, France. Our team focuses on developing and applying new methods to understand interactions within biomolecular entities and crystal structures.
A postdoctoral position is available at the TAGC laboratory (Marseille, France) in the Network Biology team. The successful candidate will explore the interactome of small peptides (sPEPs) using computational approaches. In particular, how sPEPs products of de novo gene rewire cellular networks will be investigated. The project will include both data analysis and methodological development.
The course is meant to introduce the software tools and platforms that have been identified or developed in the context of the EOSC-Life project (www.eosc-life.eu) as a way to overcome the challenges in data integration in life sciences and, in particular, in microbiology research.
