The bioinformatics Laboratory at IRCCS Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza - Mendel in Rome is looking for 1 data scientist with proven experience in biostatistics or machine learning/AI and data analysis of big data.

We are looking for an enthusiast bioinformatician to join the newly established Bioinformatics group of the Laboratory of Biology (BIO@SNS), Scuola Normale Superiore, Pisa. Our research focus is the understanding of the function of protein systems involved in signal transduction using structural, network and evolutionary bioinformatics as well as machine learning analysis of omics datasets.

È stato pubblicato un bando per un Bioinformatico libero professionista presso l’Ospedale San Martino di Genova per lo sviluppo di un sito basato sulla piattaforma Galaxy, in collaborazione con microbiologi italiani e non. Il contratto non esclusivo avrà la durata di due anni con un impegno di 30 ore settimanali. La scadenza per la sottomissione delle domande è fissata al 13 giugno 2021.
