GOBLET Annual General Meeting in Toronto, November 14-16, 2014
Planning has begun for the GOBLET Annual General Meeting in Toronto, November 14-16, 2014.
A registration page has been established to help me organize accommodations and numbers. The site also includes a draft agenda and other information about Toronto.
Deadline for registration is September 12, 2014.
The Annual General Meeting dates are roughly as follows, so please plan your travel accordingly:
- Arrival day: Thursday November 13, 2014 with no major events planned for this day. Possibly a dinner.
- Meeting day: Friday November 14, 2014 will be a full meeting day.
- Meeting day: Saturday November 15, 2014 will be a full meeting day.
- Departure day: Sunday November 16, 2014 will have events until noon, with departures occurring thereafter.
The grant budget includes funding for 3 nights accommodation, transfer expenses and meal expenses for one member for all GOBLET member organizations/individuals while in Toronto.
If more than one participant per member organization wishes to attend, options for accommodation include sharing with the sponsored participant or funding additional accommodation on one’s own.
Please indicate your accommodation requirements on the registration form. OICR will book the accommodation for GOBLET members and when approved, provide the confirmation number to you by email.
