BioBash - a bioinformatic event in Trento
BioBash Trento will be held on Wednesday, 20 November 2013, in the
TrentoRISE building in Povo, Trento, starting at 17:00.

The purpose of BioBash is to bring together two worlds: life scientists
on one side with computer scientists, mathematicians and physics on the
other. We want to encourage discussion and knowledge exchange about
bioinformatics--an area, which is developing fast and requires
collaboration of both worlds. The main topic of BioBash Trento is
"Trends in bioinformatics". We will discuss today's challenges in
bioinformatics, what bioinformatics can offer life scientists now, and
what to expect from it in the near future.

There will be 3 presentations and a discussion panel, followed by
networking and free drinks and snacks.

Speakers:
- Cesare Furlanello, Fondazione Bruno Kessler
- Duccio Cavalieri, Fondazione Edmund Mach
