The third International Workshop on Computational Methods for the Immune System Function  (CMISF 2019).

This is the third year that we organise this important room to share the latest state of the art works on immune system modelling. 

Please let me to highlight important points:

- Last year I was able to agree with BMC Bioinformatics a special supplement for CMISF 2018. This was a great opportunity to have selected papers published in a leading journal on bioinformatics. This year I will do the same and chances to be accepted are very high.

- This year we extended the topics to In Silico Trials. We are dealing with important and cutting edge modelling approaches and regulatory needs. CMISF 2019 could be one of the premier workshop to let people to know what is happening in this incredible fascinating world. I have the honour to have Prof. Marco Viceconti in the organising committee that is a recognised leader in the in Silico trials world. 

I would like to invite you to contribute with your important research to the success of CMISF 2019. Please consider that selected papers of CMISF 2019 will be published (as extended version) in BMC Bioinformatics that is a leading journal in the field. 

Last but not the least, this year the conference will take place in San Diego, CA. So this is a great opportunity to meet a lot of people especially from US that are interested in systems biomedicine modeling.
