We are seeking a motivated scientist to pursue a research project in the analysis of cancer genomics data.
The project will concern the development of an analytical pipeline for the detection of rare mutations using next generation sequencing data. The group has already established experience in the field.
The candidate should hold a PhD and be independent in programming. Strong background in statistics will be advantageous. The duration of the fellowship is two years with possibility of renewal. Salary depends on experience. Approximate starting date is January 2012, but some flexibility can be agreed.
