A new call for two positions as post-graduate assistant research in Applied mathematics and Statistics at the Institute for Applied Computing (IAC) in Naples has been opened at https://www.urp.cnr.it/system/files/2024-09/BANDO-IAC-04-2024-NA_signed-1.pdf

The research title is 'Advanced Statistical Methods for multi-omics Data Integration' and it is funded by the European Union “Next Generation EU” within PRIN 2022 PNRR (P2022BLN38 - CUP B53D23027810001).
There are two positions and each position is for a one-year.

The deadline for the call for applications is 1st October 2024.
The expected starting date is November 1st, 2024.

The project is an excellent opportunity to develop statistical methods for analyzing and integrating multi-omic data in real case studies. It involves both theoretical advancements in statistical methods and software development. The net salary is about 1500 Euro. Research activity can be partially done remotely.

The call for applications is exclusively in Italian, but the working language can be English.
