The candidate should be motivated and ambitious, with a proven experience in the field of computational biology including mass cytometry data analysis, proteomics, transcriptomics, genomics.
She/He will provide support for advanced computational tasks in the lab by curating, processing, and analysing mass cytometry, transcriptomics and proteomics data, using state-of-the-art techniques and/or by developing new technologies in-house. She/He will also perform statistical analysis, clustering, and classification.
Experience in the oncology field is preferable.
Job requirement include:
Proficiency with R and Python programming languages as well as Matlab and Perseus; scripting or programming language (PERL, Python or C/C++); demonstrated applied bioinformatics/computational proficiency as evidenced by relevant publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Ability to work independently but with excellent attitude to work in team is essential. Good English proficiency is preferable.
Ability to run single-cell assays, including library preparation for RNA-Seq is a plus.
Type of Contract: 1 year fixed term initially, with possibility of renovation. Salary will be decided based on the candidate level of expertise.
