The candidate will work on the role of Cell Communication and Signaling (CCS) in pancreatic cancer in the laboratory of Dr Vincenzo Corbo, who holds a Start Up Grant from AIRC.
The candidate is expected to analyze and integrate multi-omics data (RNA-Seq, Whole- Exome Sequencing, ATAC-Seq, Single-Cell sequencing) generated on tissues and derived pancreatic organoids.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with training in computational biology, who will be joining a fast-paced environment with access to well-equipped laboratories and facilities. The University of Verona is at the forefront of pancreatic cancer research and we are committed to advance knowledge in the field to improve patients’ outcome. Wet lab experience is considered a plus.
