Post-doct position in Multi-cell System Biology

- Full time position for 2+1 years, starting November 1, 2017
- Part of cross-disciplinary project “From Single-cell to Multi-Cell Information Analysis” including multiple faculty members from Control, Bioinformatics, Bioengineering, Industrial chemistry, Oncology
- Access to unique in-vitro data of organoids created from stem-cells from our labs
- Hi-level goals of post-doc recipient:
- space-time analysis of organoids growth and differentiation
- multi-cell cooperation for chemotactics
- Noise modeling for multi-cell communication
- Environment vs neighboring cells stimuli effect
- Machine-learning-based space-time system identification
- Expected candidate background:
- System Biology (required)
- Multi-agent estimation and control (desirable)
- Distributed estimation, control and optimization (desirable)
- Dynamical system identification and learning (desirable)
