Nuovo Corso di Laurea Magistrale in Bioinformatica (classe LM8) attivo presso il Dip. di Bioscienze, Biotecnologie e Biofarmaceutica dell'Università degli Studi di Bari "Aldo Moro".

The aim of this school is to investigate the value of genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics in identifying DNA variants and ascertaining their consequences on RNA transcripts and proteins in a clinical context.

Workshop rationale is to share and discuss ideas and results (even in first stage) about network science, network embedding and analysis to study biological and biomedical data. Applications related to COVID-19 are also welcome but the workshop is not limited to COVID-19-related research.

The AICS2022 school focuses on the exploitation of protein structures, from crystallography, electron microscopy as well as biophysical data, molecular modeling and dynamics, for drug discovery; the aim of the school is to introduce young researchers from chemistry, structural biology, biophysics and biochemistry to the latest developments in the field
