The two years curriculum of the MB4LS is designed to bridge the gap between data and discovery. MB4LS is designed to prepare young researchers to interact with the world’s most advanced biological and clinical datasets and will prepare students for careers in the omics-enabled biosciences.
This Special Issue will focus on new insights into the analysis of transcriptome data from NGS methodologies (second and third generation), using innovative or state-of-the-art bioinformatics pipelines and algorithms for bulk and single-cell sequencing, with particular insight on data integration and multi-omics approaches in the field of translational research.
The 1st International Workshop on Conceptual Modeling for Life Sciences. It will be co-located with ER 2020, held on 3-6 November 2020. The CMLS workshop aims to be a starting meeting point for Information Systems, Conceptual Modeling, and Data Management researchers working on health care and life science problems, focusing on Genomic Data Management to use the genome's information.
The European Network Biology conference is the central gathering point of the European network biology community with a great program of international high profile speakers on various network biology topics including single cell transcriptomics networks, tissues networks and protein-protein and regulatory networks.
