BBCC2021 is the 16th edition of the Bioinformatics and Computational Biology Conference, an international event that will be held online from 1 to 3 December, 2021, as an online edition. Due to the absence or very-low organizative costs, the registration is free of charge.
The Functional Genomics Laboratory (University of Verona) is an important national and international reference point for the sequencing and structural and functional characterization of genomes from different species. Its research focuses on the characterization of genomes by implementing the most advanced DNA sequencing technologies such as MinION, PacBio and Optical Mapping.
The candidate will collaborate to the Unit research projects for the management and the analysis of genomic data (gene expression profiles, single cell analysis) that will be produced in the different areas.
