The postdoc will develop methods for the functional annotation of
metagenomic/metatranscriptomic data of patients, signature discovery,
network reconstruction and HPC.
A full-time post-doctoral position for a bioinformatician with experience in managing and analyzing NGS data.
The post holder will be involved in the analysis and integration of next generation sequencing data available at international consortia, and from de- novo sequencing, of hundreds of tumours of different tissues.
