The two years curriculum of the MB4LS is designed to bridge the gap between data and discovery. MB4LS is designed to prepare young researchers to interact with the world’s most advanced biological and clinical datasets and will prepare students for careers in the omics-enabled biosciences.

The Clinical Bioinformatics Unit at IRCCS Istituto Giannina Gaslini is looking for a junior bioinformatician to be involved in a 3-years grant application focused on the development of an integrated infrastructure for the management and analysis of multi-omics data.
This Special Issue will focus on new insights into the analysis of transcriptome data from NGS methodologies (second and third generation), using innovative or state-of-the-art bioinformatics pipelines and algorithms for bulk and single-cell sequencing, with particular insight on data integration and multi-omics approaches in the field of translational research.
