AIMed 2026 – Artificial Intelligence in Medicine, taking place on 7–9 May 2026 in Kraków, Poland and online.

AIMed 2026 is an international conference dedicated to the responsible and evidence-based use of artificial intelligence in healthcare. The meeting brings together computational scientists, bioinformaticians, clinicians, regulators, and AI developers to advance methodological rigor and real-world implementation of AI in medicine.

AIMed is a joint initiative developed by scholars from the Polish Institute for Evidence Based Medicine, McMaster University, the Big Data Institute at the University of Oxford, and the Jagiellonian University Medical College.

Due to strong international engagement, the abstract submission deadline has been extended to 15 March 2026, marking the final weeks for contributions.
All accepted abstracts will be published in a Book of Abstracts produced with BMJ Digital Health & AI. The top-ranked abstract will receive an invitation to submit a full manuscript to a Special Issue of the journal (standard peer review).
