Job Description:
Post-doc (Assegno di Ricerca). Development statistical methods for the Analysis of ChIP-seq data and applications". Candidates are required to have master degree in Mathematics, or Statistics, or Physics, or Computer Science or Engineering or Bioinformatics. It is also required to have PhD title in a scientific/computational area. The basic knowledge of Italian language is also required for these positions.
Successful candidates need to have some expertise in at least one programming language, the use of computational algorithms for data analysis and interests in biology. Knowledge of Unix system, next generation sequencing tools and other "omics" data analysis software is desirable, but not required. Candidates should be highly motivated and have the ability to work independently.
