Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated PhD student within a research project in the field of gene regulatory network inference funded by the Interdisciplinary Centre for Clinical Research, Erlangen.

Applicants should have successfully completed their Master’s/ Diploma degree in bioinformatics, bioengineering, applied mathematics, or a related discipline.
Good programming skills, strong interest in the biological interpretation of results, and good working knowledge of English are a requirement.
Competence in genomics data analysis and/or statistical modeling would be a plus.
