One open position: bioinformatician in NGS data analysis - Dresden - Germany
the Deep Sequencing Group of the SFB 655 is looking for a Bioinformatician in NGS analysis available as soon as possible to work in the area of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and its application in personalized medicine.  We are a young (and enthusiastic) group specialized on methods development and the application of next generation sequencing technologies on the very collaborative and dynamic environment of the life science research campus in Dresden.

The position is immediately available and will focus on the development of novel approaches and workflows for the integrative analysis of various genome-wide datasets from psoriasis patients generated by massively parallel sequencing (Exome-Resequencing, RNA-Sequencing). The study will be done in close collaboration with the University Hospital Dresden (Prof. Beissert).
