Postdoctoral Fellow in Bioinformatics
Description: The Blau Lab has a gold mine of data on reprogramming stem cell fate using global transcription RNAseq that is a "playground" for a skilled BIOINFORMATICIAN. We have a unique system and data base to mine for the earliest regulators that direct changes in cell fate, crucial to making regenerative a reality. We are searching for a bioinformatician with a track record of interacting with experimental biologists, and a strong publication record. Position is at the Postdoctoral Fellow level in the Baxter Laboratory for Stem Cell Biology in the Center for Clinical Sciences Research (see http://www.stanford.edu/group/blau).
