Job Description: In the Laboratory of Molecular Medicine and Genomics of University of Salerno is available a PhD position for student with interest in High Throughput data analysis. The candidate will be mainly in charge of the analysis of Next-Generation sequencing genome and transcriptome datasets for a range of applications and projects in the experimental labs (transcriptomics – ChIP-Seq - mutation detection - etc), but analysis of other datasets (such as microarray) will be part of the duties.

A cultural background in Computer Science / Statistics / Biology or a mix of the three and a strong interest in working in HT data analysis is required.

Good knowledge of Scientific English will be positively avaluate for this position.
