Postdoctoral position in Prof. Simona Polo's lab at IFOM (Milan) to build an isoform-resolved structural atlas of cancer proteoforms, combining long-read/short-read RNA-seq and ribosome profiling with AlphaFold-based structure prediction to characterize how alternative splicing alters protein structure in colorectal cancer. 3-year AIRC-funded contract, on-site in Milan.
