My "AI for Genome Interpretation" (https://www.igmm.cnrs.fr/en/team/ai-for-genome-interpretation/ ) group in Montpellier (France) is looking for a post doctoral researcher with experience in bioinformatics (working with genomics data) and machine learning (neural networks, fluent with pytorch). The project focuses heavily on IA, and in particular on using DNA LLMs on sequencing data.
It is a 12 months position at CNRS, ~2500€ net salary. If the project passes the subsequent evaluation stages, it can be renewed for up to 36 additional months. You can find more info about this position and the link to apply here:
