PhD in network modeling at the Aix-Marseille University

A three-years Ph.D fellowship is available at the Aix-Marseille University (Laboratory of Genomic instability & Human hemopathies, Centre d’Immunologie de Marseille Luminy, CIML) to model TEN & TCR signaling network in thymocytes.

Expected profile: The student should have an academic background in either Mathematics, Computer sciences or bioinformatics. Prior knowledge in logical modelling and programming/scripting would be a plus. Tutoring in the specific fields of immunology and oncology will be provided during the PhD thesis; thus skills in these fields are not required to apply. However, the student should be interested in biology and in multidisciplinary approaches to decipher biological processes.

Application deadline: April 9th, 2018.
