Job Description: The candidate will apply different methods for transcriptome data analysis and will develop new algorithms and software for NGS data analysis.

Candidates are required to have Doctoral degree and strong experience in Bioinformatics.
Successful candidates will have some expertise in RNA sequencing data analysis, the use of computational algorithms and interests in biology.
Knowledge of Unix system is desirable.
