Qualifications
We expect experienced candidates with a PhD degree in Bioinformatics/ Computational Biology / Genomics with a proven expertise and knowhow to independently handle raw output data of RNA-seq / miR seq/ Genomic, analyze it and can interpret intelligently the relevant biological background.
Accordingly, good analytical skills (good understanding of statistical methods for high-throughput data analysis) are essential background in programming and scripting is required (e.g., experience and knowledge in tools like Bedtools, Ensembl, Linux clusters, R, mysql, Matlab, perl, python, etc.). Familiarity with TCGA (TheCancerGenomicAtlas) and cancer biology is a plus.

Candidates should have fluent spoken and written English (with the ability to independently write scientific manuscripts) and with a respected record of relevant publications in significant impact-factor, peer-reviewed international journals (as evidenced as lead, 1st author, in at least 1-2 publications).
