We are looking for a curious and enthusiastic PhD student to be enrolled in a joint programme with the University of Padova (UniPD) and the École Normale Supérieure in Paris (ENS). The PhD student will work mainly at the BioComputingUP lab in the Dept. of Biomedical Sciences at UniPD (http://protein.bio.unipd.it/) with short missions in Paris at the UMR Pasteur, Dépt. Chimie at ENS (https://www.chimie.ens.fr) and Sanofi (https://www.sanofi.com/). The position is computational and fully funded for 3 years by Sanofi. The supported project aims at the modelization of antibody viscosity and aggregation.
Applications are invited for the PhD studentship “Rational design of selective modulators of skeletal myosin” funded by Muscular Dystrophy UK (MDUK) and starting from January 2020 in Dr. Arianna Fornili’s group at Queen Mary University of London and Dr. Julien Ochala’s group at King's College London.
This is the joint meeting of two long-established events, NETTAB, held annually since 2001, and BBCC, held annually since 2006, with topics of interest for bioinformatics and computational biology, and a particular focus on computational proteomics.
