A selection process has been called for a 2-years Post-doc Fellowship, titled "Multimodal single-cell analysis of cancer" in the Laboratory of RNA & Disease Data Science, Department of Cellular, Computational and Integrative Biology - CIBIO, University of Trento (Italy).

The successful candidate will be trained in supporting our researchers by designing and implementing bioinformatics pipelines on high-performance computing (HPC) clusters and cloud platforms. Activities will include training in the development of Nextflow pipelines and their seamless integration into in-house or commercial servers.

The Cantone laboratory at the Department of Molecular Medicine and Medical Biotecnology (University Federico II of Naples) is looking for a Postdoctoral candidate to join the group. The position is full-time for 1 year (renewable) to develop a project on the epigenetics of sex-bias in autoimmune diseases. To this, you will both use currently established bioinformatic pipelines and develop new ones.
