We are looking for a highly motivated and creative candidate to join our lab. The candidate is sought to work in the field of structural bioinformatics, focusing on tandem repeat proteins and non-globular protein phenomena. The biocurator will maintain, expand and improve the data in RepeatsDB and related projects.
We are looking for a research fellow to join the BiocomputingUP lab at the University of Padova, Italy, with a one year fellowship.
The successful candidate will be chiefly involved in the analysis and in the interpretation of the coronavirus-human interactomes to identify proteins and cellular processes involved in viral replication and that could represent amenable targets for drug repurposing to treat COVID-19 and other Coronaviridae infections.
