RESEARCH ACTIVITY
I am a Computer Scientist devoted to Bioinformatics and Clinical Research. I led the Bioinformatics activities of the National Cancer Centre in Rome (Istituto Nazionale Tumori Regina Elena) from 2018 to 2023. Since May 2023 I have been working as a Data Engineering Coordinator of the Italian BBMRI node, with the aim of supporting the data FAIRification transition of Italian Biobanks.
My main research interest are biomarker reduction and inference from Transcriptomics data, biotechnological optimization, and Molecular Real World Data Analysis.
