Abstract Submission

All abstracts must be submitted using the conference submission site by the abstract deadline: April 24, 2025.

The submission form is available here.

Submitters may choose to have their submission reviewed for talk or poster. If you select talk and it is unsuccessful for a talk, your abstract will automatically be reviewed for a poster presentation.

During submission you will submit to the track that most reflects your research area. The call for abstract submission is present here.

The abstract should be a brief and concise summary of the background/motivation for the study, methods and result(s), as well as conclusion/statement of significance. We encourage the authors to use the maximum space available in the submission to describe at best their work and results. The best description of the work and results, the highest opportunity to be well evaluated.

All submissions will be evaluated by the BITS2025 program committee (two or three anonymous referees), and accepted for oral or poster presentation, or rejected in case they do not match the scientific standards of the conference. Due to limited space for oral presentations, it is possible that abstracts submitted as talk will be accepted as posters.

Abstracts selected as talks will be presented in the relative track at the BITS2025 conference. Oral presentation times for abstracts will be announced after acceptance notifications by the BIT2025 organizers.

Accepted abstracts will be collected in the conference proceedings.

Presenters of accepted abstracts for oral presentation are required to make the presentation themselves, and must register and pay to attend the conference.
