* BITS members with regular membership status (annual fee paid) are entitled for the application of reduced registration fee. The annual membership fee is automatically added to the meeting fee for members who have not yet renewed their membership.
The additional fee for participation to social dinner or additional tickets for the social dinner is 60€ for all categories. The payment deadline for dinner is May 7th.
All payments will be paid by bank transfer or credit card using the registration form available until conference dates.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations with a refund request must be sent by e-mail to the BITS secretariat (segretario@bioinformatics.it) and must be accompanied by a valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the organising secretariat.
- Within April 30th, 2025: 80% refunded
- From April 30th, 2025 to May 27th, 2025: 50% refunded
- After May 29th, 2025: No refund.
Please note that refunds will only be processed by bank transfer after the workshop dates.
