All abstracts must be submitted using the conference submission site by the abstract deadline: April 29, 2019.

Submitters may choose to have their submission reviewed for: talk  or poster. If you select talk and is unsuccessful for a talk, your abstract will automatically be reviewed for a poster presentation. 

Presenters of accepted abstracts for oral presentation are required to make the presentation themselves, and must register and pay to attend the conference.

During submission you will submit to the track that most reflects your research area. The call for abstract submission is present here.

The abstract should be a brief and concise summary of the background/motivation for the study, methods and result(s), as well as conclusion/statement of significance. 

Selected Abstract talks will be presented in the relative track at the BITS2019 conference. The length of a talk is 20 minutes (includes 2-3 minutes for questions). Oral presentation times for abstracts will be announced after acceptance notifications by the BIT2019 organizers.

Review Criteria. All submissions will be evaluated by the BITS2019 program committee. Posters describing the activities of spin-off or SME must be submitted in the special track reserved to the industry, called Industry Track.
