Computational and Systems Biology at MSKCC - Faculty and Postdoc Recruitment
Dear Colleague,

We are recruiting additional research faculty members in computational and systems biology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, to join cBio, the Computational Biology Department that currently has four research groups (Grégoire Altan-Bonnet, Christina Leslie, Franziska Michor, Chris Sander) as well as the Bioinformatics Core (Alex Lash, Nick Socci). cBio offers unique opportunities for basic computational and systems biology research in a translational-clinical environment.

See the announcement at http://cbio.mskcc.org/jobs/ads/faculty.pdf.

Please have a look and pass this on to interested friends and colleagues at any level of seniority. Typical applicants are computational biologists and may also have an experimental research program in systems biology.

The application timeline for faculty is December 2009 and no later than January 10, 2010. In exceptional cases, we can consider applications after this date.  Application instructions at http://cbio.mskcc.org/jobs/ads/faculty-application-format.pdf.

We are also looking for postdocs and staff members for the existing groups on an ongoing basis (see below).

Thanks very much,

Chris Sander, Chair, cBio@MSKCC
