The IDPfun consortium presents IDPfun webinars, a series of talks on Intrinsically Disordered Proteins. All our webinars will include a 20-minute talk by one of our Principal Investigators and a 15-minute talk by one of our secondees. Both talks will be followed by a Q&A session and the audience is warmly encouraged to engage in the conversation.
The aim of the project is to study ovarian cancer heterogeneity by giving a landscape of genomic and epigenomic interactions and unravelling tumor microenvironment composition, tumour-immune cells interaction and the association genotypes-immunophenotypes.

We are looking for a junior postdoc to join the BiocomputingUP lab at the University of Padova, Italy, with a two year fellowship. The successful candidate will work on the project “Connecting the dots around ARNT, AhR and HIF-1a to contrast cancer development ”, funded by BANDO PROGETTI DI RICERCA DIPARTIMENTALI. The program will provide an introduction to both cancer biology and mathematical and statistical methods used in analyzing the datasets currently being produced by several laboratories around the world.
