We are looking for a highly motivated bioinformatician to work at the interface with the following research groups at SR-Tiget:

Angelo Lombardo Lombardo_Research_SR-Tiget
Anna Kajaste-Rudnitski Kajaste_Research_SR-Tiget
Andrea Ditadi Ditadi_Research_SR-Tiget

The candidate should have a solid background in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis, a demonstrated proficiency in coding and an interest toward application of already established and development of novel bioinformatic approaches to study both biological and clinically oriented aspects of gene and cell therapy. Experience in R or Python, training in biostatistics and basic biological knowledges are a plus.

The successful applicant will apply bioinformatic approaches to different types of NGS data, such as RNA-Seq, scRNA-Seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-Seq, and WGBS, produced by the above SR-Tiget labs or already available in public databases. Moreover, the applicant will contribute to shared bioinformatic activities ongoing at the SR-Tiget bioinformatic core and the Center for Translational Genomics and Bioinformatics (CTGB) of the San Raffaele Hospital. He or she will be based in a very dynamic, multidisciplinary and internationally renowned research center, benefiting from daily close interactions and supervision from PIs of the SR-Tiget and peers at the SR-Tiget bioinformatic core and CTGB.
