The succesfull candidate will design and implement strategies to analyse and integrate genomics, transcriptomics and epigenetics data. The study leverages access to data generated with a range of sequencing platforms from thousands of human tumors.

Expertise in next generation sequencing data (in particular transcriptomics and DNA methylation data) from human cells and strong mathematical/quantitative background is necessary. Programming skills are mandatory. Knowledge of cancer genomics is recommended.

There will be numerous opportunities for training to complement current skills, and we envision much collaboration with European and International outstanding scientists. Applicants should have completed a PhD in computational biology, computer science, physics or related field, together with a strong publication record. Salary is commensurate with experience.
