In association with Affymetrix, the Bioinformatics and Genomics Unit, is pleased to invite you to the 3rd whole-transcript expression array data analysis workshop: GeneChip Exon 1.0 ST Array practical data analysis course 9th - 11th December 2009, Torino, Italy. Register for this course if you are new to whole-transcript expression arrays. This 3-day hands-on course will introduce you to basic statistical tests for use on Exon 1.0 ST array data enable you to analyse whole-transcript data at both the gene- and exon-level to detect alternative splicing. Use Bioconductor open-source software solutions. R-coding skills is not necessary for attendance, however, the course is ideal for those who have a basic knowledge of microarray technology.
