CALL FOR ABSTRACTS FOR ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND POSTERS

The Workshop 'Reproducibility, standards and SOP in bioinformatics' is co-organised by the COST European Action CHARME (CA15110), EMBnet (The Global Bioinformatics Network) and NETTAB (International Workshop Series on Network Tools and Applications for Biology). It is hosted by the ELIXIR-ITA Node and will be held at the Italian CNR (National Research Council) head quarter, in Rome.

The workshop will be preceded by a GOBLET/ELIXIR-ITA Tutorial and a ELIXIR Hacktahon on Monday 24th and followed by the EMBNet Annual General Meeting on Thursday 27th.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

Submissions are welcome for oral communications, for posters and for software demos.

All abstracts must be submitted as PDF files through EasyChair at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=nettab2016 .
The maximum length is 4 pages for oral communication abstracts and 2 pages for poster abstracts.

Authors of all abstracts presented at the event, oral communication and poster, will be invited to a Call for papers for a Special Issue in an International Journal with IF.

VENUE

The Workshop and all satellite events will be held at the main site of the Italian National Research Council, Piazzale Aldo Moro 7, Rome.
