Job Description: Assegno di Ricerca Job Description: Development statistical methods for the analysis of "-Omics" data. Candidates are required to have master degree in Mathematics, or Statistics, or Physics, or Computer Science or Engineering or Bioinformatics or Statistics for Economy, or Science of Economy. The basic knowledge of Italian language is also required for these positions. Successful candidates will have some expertise in at least one programming language, the use of computational algorithms and interests in biology. Knowledge of Unix system, next generation sequencing tools and other "omics" data analysis sowtware is desirable, but not required. Candidates should be highly motivated and have the ability to work independently.
